Prosecutors say retired police captain Curtis Reeves murdered 43-year-old Chad Oulson during a matinee showing of the movie "Lone Survivor" at Cobb Theater in Wesley Chapel, Florida, after an argument over Oulson using his cell phone during the previews. After complaining to theater staff, the then-71-year-old Reeves returned to his seat, resumed the argument, and fatally shot Oulson after the victim threw popcorn on him. Reeves, after failing to win a "stand your ground" legal challenge, is now claiming self-defense at trial.
