Phoenix police provided an update after nine officers were injured during an hourslong standoff with a barricaded suspect at a home on Friday morning. Five officers were shot and four others were injured by projectiles, police said. The suspect, who was later found deceased in the home, had invited the first responding officer into the home before shooting him multiple times in what police called an "ambush."
