Sarson Ka Saag Ingredients:
1 bunch Mustard Leaves
Spinach Leaves (cleaned & chopped)
Pigsweed (cleaned & chopped)
Dill Leaves (cleaned & chopped)
Radish (sliced)
3 tbsp Maize Flour
2 tbsp Ginger-Garlic & Green Chillies (crushed)
Water
3 tbsp Ghee
¾ cup Onion (chopped)
Ginger-Garlic & Green Chillies (crushed)
Ghee
1 tbsp Garlic (sliced)
5-6 Dry Red Chillies
4-5 Green Chillies
Salt to taste
Ginger (juliennes).
