Veteran photojournalist Anne Marie Kerr suspects that her brother Alan’s death in a remote town is not the accident that it seems to be, and she decides to find out what really happened. Assuming a fake identity, she goes to work for the powerful Hollister family who control the town and may have a hand in Alan’s death. At the same time, she falls for the oldest son, Jason.
