I simply fell in love with this Chocolate Basque Burnt Cheesecake. It is so silky, smooth, rich and chocolatey, that there is no way not to fall in love with it from the first bite. Really love the simplicity of this cheesecake. You don’t need more than 15 minutes to have it ready and placed in the oven. It looks very rustic and comforting, definitely a dessert that will win the heart of all.
