2 tbsp (30ml) lemon juice
4 oz (120g) fresh strawberries , cut into small pieces

7 oz (200g) cream cheese
1/2 cup (60g) powdered sugar
1 tsp (5g) vanilla extract
lemon zest of a lemon , about 1 tsp (5g)
