The Santa Clara County Sheriff's department said a woman suspected in the theft a $4,000 bottle of Louis XIII Cognac has been identified. The owner of the Grand View restaurant in San Jose said her family returned the bottle and "apologized profusely," according to NBC Bay Area's Damian Trujillo. The video was altered to blur the face of the woman.
