Achari Bhindi - How To Make Achari Bhindi At Home - Achari Bhindi Masala - Stuffed Bhindi - Varun

Today we have a special recipe of Achari Bhindi where in Achari Masala mix with Bhindi, which makes it a perfect monsoon recipe for all the family.

Achari Dahi Bhindi is a very famous Punjabi dish made with Indian spices. Achari Dahi Bhindi is simple and easy to make. Achari Bhindi is delicious. ‘Achari’ means pickling which is made using a mix of spices. So, we are using pickle masala in this recipe which makes this dish flavorful and unique.


For Achari Masala

1 tbsp Mustard Seeds

1 tbsp Fennel Seeds

1 tsp Cumin Seeds

1/2 tsp Turmeric Powder 1 tsp Red Chilli Powder

1 tsp Black Salt

1 tsp Onion Seeds

1 tsp Chaat Masala

1/2 tsp Fenugreek Seeds

1/2 tsp Asafoetida

2 tbsp Coriander Powder


500 gms Lady Finger

3 tbsp Mustard Oil

Method: Let's start with grinding for Achari masala for which add Mustard Seeds in the Grinder with Fennel Seeds, Cumin Seeds, Turmeric Powder, Red Chilli Powder, Black Salt, Onion Seeds, Chaat Masala, Fenugreek Seeds, Asafoetida, Coriander Powder.

Grind the mix into a coarse powder, then transfer it into a larger bowl to which add Salt and mix it properly. Now keep the masala aside then start removing the crowns of the Bhindi (as shown in the video)

Next, start stuffing the Masala in the Bhindi then cook the same in the Wok heating the Mustard Oil on high flame.

Now Stir fry the stuffed bhindi till the bhindi is crisp and golden in colour. In Midway lower the flame and stir it again. Now your Achari Bhindi is ready to serve.
