Tandoori Gobi | Recipe

1/2 Cup Curd

2 tbsp Gram Flour

2 tbsp Kashmiri Red Chilli Powder

1 tsp Turmeric Powder

1 tsp Garam Masala Powder

1 tbsp Chaat Masala

1 tbsp Ginger & Garlic Paste

2 tbsp Mustard Oil


Lemon Juice

4 Baby Cauliflower


For Making Cauliflower Tandoori first let's make marination for the same. Add Curd with Gram Flour, Kashmiri Red Chilli Powder, Turmeric Powder, Garam Masala Powder, Chaat Masala, Ginger & Garlic Paste, Mustard Oil. Add Salt & Lemon Juice and mix them properly. Now marinate your Baby Cauliflower for few minutes before making tandoori. Now using thin green bamboo pierce the baby Cauliflower and put in the top of the fire for the barbeque. After 12 minutes your Tandoori Cauliflower is ready to be served.:
