Schezwan Cheese Frankie | Recipe

Ingredients:

1 cup All Purpose Flour

Salt

Black Pepper (crushed)

1 tbsp Oil

Water

1 tsp Butter

1 tsp Ginger - Garlic Paste

1 tsp Frankie Masala

1 Onion (chopped)

2 tbsp Schezwan Sauce

2 Potatoes (boiled & mashed)

1 tsp Tomato Ketchup

Mozzarella Cheese (grated)

Capsicum (chopped)

Cabbage (chopped)

Chaat Masala

Method:

First, for the Roti add All Purpose Flour, Salt, Black Pepper, Oil. Mix them all together, now add some water to make a proper dough. Now start kneading the dough on the counter, add oil to the mix. Once it's ready, rest the dough for 10 to 15 minutes.

Now for Filling, heat up the pan on medium flame and add Oil, Butter let it heat up. Now add Ginger - Garlic Paste, saute for 2 minutes then add Frankie Masala, Onion, Salt, Schezwan Sauce and lastly add Potatoes. Mix them properly and saute for 2 minutes.

Now add the filling to the dough, make three equal parts of the dough and start rolling and put it in the pan. Use butter while you are cooking your Roti.

Add Tomato Ketchup & Schezwan Sauce, spread them equally into the roti. Now add your Fillings with raw vegetable of your liking, roll them properly.

Cook this Frankie and serve the one who is desire.
