On a hot summer day when heat of the scorching sun is at its peak, a glass of cool drink is all you need to relax yourself. Instead of spending long hours in the kitchen or gulping down slush with artificial sweeteners and artificial colors, you can easily make yourself a glass full of chilled healthy drink. Food Blogger Tarika Singh shows an easy to make homemade cucumber slush using very basic ingredients quickly available at home!
2 cucumbers ( 300 gms approx)
1/3 cup Honey (90 gms)
1/4 tsp flaky sea salt
1/2 cup chilled water
2 cups ice cubes
- Get the end off the cucumber and roughly chop the rest of the cucumber
- Cut a lemon into two pieces and squeeze the juice out of it
- Put the cucumbers pieces, honey, sea salt, lemon juice, chilled water, ice cubes in a food processor and blend everything together
- Pour the mixture in a jug and stir in some mint leaves in it.
- Serve chilled
